Delete your account

Sign-in stops at once; your account goes to a 30-day trash and is then erased or anonymized.

   First download the sealed PDFs you need — see Export your data.

   Write to privacy@socialdna.app from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my MyESign account". We confirm it is you before acting.

   When we delete it, you can no longer sign in, and you leave every team. A company that you created alone goes to the trash with your account.

   After 30 days in the trash, the account is erased or anonymized, except what the law requires us to keep (for example billing records).

   Signed documents may need to stay available to the other parties and as evidence — see Privacy Policy §6. A delete button inside MyESign is coming soon.
