Track, remind or void an envelope

See who opened and signed, send a new link, call to sign, or cancel the envelope.

   Open Envelopes and pick one. Signers & delivery timeline shows each signer's status, channel and whether the invitation was delivered.

   Remind sends the invitation again on the signer's channel. It creates a new link: the old one stops working. New link gives you a fresh link to share yourself.

   Call to sign by voice (signers with a mobile number) places the signing call now; the live transcript appears on the page.

   Void cancels the envelope: every link stops working. You can give a reason. A completed envelope cannot be voided.

   When everyone has signed, Open the sealed PDF shows the signed document with its certificate; it is also saved to your DOCZ.
